Why Does Matter. Sabah and Sarawak: let lawyers from peninsular malaysia in?

It has been an issue that concerns so many lawyers from both sides. I do believe this is due to number of reasons, where some of them were misunderstood by some of the parties. Before the formation of Malaysia, where Sabah, Sarawak and Peninsular Malaysia were to be combined to form this country, some arrangement and agreement were made by the parties to protect their own interest, which later on were acknowledged by being inserted in the Constitution. Sabah and Sarawak have reserved legal profession, into their list, which the reason in present days still unknown. This is why various interpretations given by the Sabahan and Sarawakian lawyers to justify the attitude taken by these two states. On the other hand, lawyers from peninsular malaysia find this thing absurd as the argument sometimes doesnt make sense. with due respect, i will say what done is done. Dont ever say Sabah and Sarawak bias to Peninsular Malaysia. I tend to think that the reason why the most of the lawyers in this two states against the motion to open the door for the other side is to show example to their society/people to not give up their rights. Sorry to say this but, i do agree with the idea that many sabahans and sarawakians are ignorant with their rights, which cause it deteriorate from time to time. to be continued........
